Our Jack is a man of action. In fact, he never sits still! In addition to virtually living in the gym, he is a former MMA world champion and still trains regularly. In addition to this he has worked as a collegiate soccer athlete in New York, US and is currently on a five-year training plan to complete the NYC, Boston and London marathons and the Western States 100 Ironman contest.
