Our Mark is an experienced personal trainer – and when he isn’t training others, he practices what he preaches and pushes himself hard during rigorous workouts, six days a week, mixing weights with calisthenics, allowing him to blend muscle and aesthetics. Mark is a former Optimum Nutrition sponsored athlete and an unusual fact, but one which highlights how ripped his body is, is that a waxwork of his body is in the Beijing Madame Tussauds after modelling for them to build a waxwork of a 2x gold winning Chinese gymnast.
